Because Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases made on this website, refunds are handled according to Paddle's applicable refund and consumer-protection terms. Hastech does not offer a separate refund window of its own.
How to ask about a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle purchase receipt, or
- Email mwajih012@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and your order number, and we will point you to the right place.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Your legal rights
